Haley Marketing is expanding our SEO team, and we are looking for people who are passionate about data, search engines, and driving real results for our clients. 

So, what will you do as an SEO Specialist with our team?
You’ll be responsible for a wide variety of tasks, including developing SEO strategies, technical auditing and analysis, keyword research, on-page optimization, site monitoring, monthly reporting, and more. 

You will work directly with clients on their SEO strategies, and you’ll play a vital role on our digital marketing team coordinating marketing recommendations with our social media, PPC, and reputation management teams.

If you like working with data, you’re great at spotting trends, and you can adjust to Google’s mood swings with ease, we want to hear from you.

Key responsibilities for an SEO Strategist:

• Monthly calls with clients to discuss results and plan upcoming SEO activities.
• Perform site audits and implement technical SEO updates.
• Develop quarterly SEO strategies that may include optimizing existing pages, creating new pages, developing authoritative content. 
• Develop and implement SEO strategies for new website builds.
• Keep pace with SEO industry trends and developments. 
• Execute on-page optimizations like titles and meta descriptions, page structures, keyword implementation/optimization. 
• Collaborate with developers to implement features and changes. 
• Build custom SEO reports using data from GA4, Google Search Console, and third-party tools.
• Communicate strategies and results to clients in regular calls.

We do have a few MUST-HAVE requirements:

• At least one year of real-world SEO experience.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, WordPress, and Excel.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable talking with clients via phone and Zoom
• Ability to manage 20-25 client projects and relationships each month.
• Really strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to continuous learning.  
• Great attitude and desire to be part of a team.
